Pamela Gauerke, ACSW
Pamela Gauerke, ACSW, is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with more than 13 years of experience supporting adult women navigating co-occurring disorders, substance use challenges, and chronic mental health conditions. She specializes in treating substance use disorders, chronic mental illness, grief and loss, and co-occurring conditions through a trauma-informed and client-centered lens.
In addition to her clinical work, Pamela brings extensive experience in program and clinic leadership, providing her with valuable insight into workplace dynamics, occupational stress, burnout, and the challenges individuals face in balancing personal and professional demands.
Pamela joined Brite Psychological Services in May of 2026 because of her passion for helping individuals discover their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. She believes every person deserves to be met with compassion, respect, and understanding. By integrating clients' personal values, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences into treatment, Pamela creates a welcoming space where individuals feel safe to explore challenges without fear of judgment. Together, she and her clients work toward healing, personal growth, and a greater sense of fulfillment and balance.
